Full refunds can be administered if the cancellation is within 48 hours of booking. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before the scheduled cleaning. The cleaning service fee is refundable up to 3 times per year if the guest cancels within 48 hours of the cleaning date. Notice may be given by email, SMS (text), or phone. Should the client fail to provide notice of cancellation fort-eight (48) on more than one (1) occasion, the client must pay 50% of the canceled cleaning service and 100% of the canceled cleaning service thereafter. 

All executed Scope of Work are contractually binding agreements. If you need to cancel any scheduled service appointment, please do so immediately in an effort to avoid a Cancellation Fee.
